                                         SCOPE AND  SUPPLY

01. Main power and earthing connection to our control panel with proper earthing to D. G. sets and control panel and change over switch etc.

02. All necessary civil work including foundation of machineries plastering, of insulation, making and breaking of walls and supports. Details regarding civil foundation equipment will be provided by customer.

03. Water and electricity required for erection, testing and commissioning of equipment would be made available to us free of charge.

04. All excess material will be taken back after commissioning of the plant.

05. Any statutory approval from the government agency should be arranged by the customer.   

06. All necessary wash points in dairy, required plumbing work with makeup water and drain connection wherever is required.

07. Any other requirements and machineries / material / services which is not including in present scope of supply.

08. Customer should arrange the lockable room for our erection crew at site while doing the installation and commissioning work.

09. Any other machinery which you are going to purchase should be made available in time. Otherwise our erection people become ideal.

10. You have to arrange Plant Operator for regular plant operation at the time of Commissioning, Test & Trial of the plant.

             PROCESS DETAILS

Milk stored in dump tank will be feed to pasteuriser with a suitable capacity milk pump. Milk will be heated up to 45 deg c then 65 deg.c thru. Regeneration for efficient filtration and homogenization, then finally 80 deg c by hot water. Heated milk will be hold for 20 seconds & then it will pass through return side giving it’s 90% of heat to incoming raw milk. Finally it will be cooled to 4 deg.c.in chilling section by chilled water in case the milk is not heated up to pasteurization temp. it will be indicated by audio visual alarm, in such case, the milk flow should be manually diverted to float balance tank. This will ensure proper pasteurization. Properly pasteurization milk will be packed in 500 ml poly pouches by pouch filling machine.
